These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LOFI VIBEZ website and any related services (the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Our products are intended only for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to refuse or cancel any order if we believe you do not meet the legal age requirement. You agree not to assist any minor in accessing or purchasing our products.

LOFI VIBEZ sells hemp-derived cannabinoid products intended to comply with applicable federal law, including the 2018 Farm Bill. However, laws regarding these products vary by state and locality. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where shipment or possession may be unlawful.

The products sold through our Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information provided on our website is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any cannabinoid products.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that hemp-derived THC products may have intoxicating or psychoactive effects. You agree to use these products responsibly and at your own risk. You agree not to drive, operate machinery, or engage in activities requiring alertness while under the influence. You further acknowledge that use of these products may result in a positive drug test and accept full responsibility for any resulting consequences.

All orders placed through our Services constitute an offer to purchase products. LOFI VIBEZ reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Acceptance of an order occurs only when the product has been shipped or when we otherwise confirm acceptance. We may cancel or limit quantities for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or legal restrictions. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We ship products only within the United States and only to jurisdictions where hemp-derived cannabinoid products are permitted. We reserve the right to refuse shipment based on applicable laws or compliance considerations.

Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays may not be processed until the following business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

For certain orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. LOFI VIBEZ is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or other issues caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, LOFI VIBEZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to re-ship the order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. Returns may be accepted for unopened products in their original packaging if requested within seven (7) days of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive return requests, or fraudulent activity.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide supporting documentation where requested.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We may offer subscription options that provide recurring deliveries of products at a discounted rate based on the selected delivery frequency. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree that your order will automatically renew and be processed at the selected interval unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.

Billing occurs based on the delivery interval selected at checkout and is calculated from the date of your initial purchase. You authorize LOFI VIBEZ to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for each subscription order.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation applies only to future orders. If an order has already been processed or shipped prior to cancellation, you remain responsible for that order and its associated charges.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings at any time with notice as required by applicable law.

All products sold by LOFI VIBEZ are intended for personal use only. You agree not to resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our products without prior written consent. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect products are being purchased for unauthorized resale.

All content on our Services is the property of LOFI VIBEZ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. You may not interfere with the operation of the Services, attempt unauthorized access, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our products in violation of applicable laws.

Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOFI VIBEZ disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOFI VIBEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOFI VIBEZ and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@lofivibez.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Georgia. You agree to arbitration on an individual basis and waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
